Do Not Use Metal Spatula In the picture for this product they show someone using a metal spatula. However, the instructions say:”CAUTION: Using a metal spatula on the griddle surface can cause damage to the porcelain-enamel finish.”Weber Customer Support can’t even explain why their own picture shows a metal spatula being used on this griddle. And if a plastic spatula is used, it will get filed down because the griddle surface is rough. It would be nice if Weber could suggest what spatula…
