Great pump with fine tuning Great air pump. After reading the reviews complaining about the heat generated by the air pump, I fine tuned the air pump. What worked for me was to add brackets to the base of the air pump. These brackets hold a floating fan just 3-4″ below the air pump. The fan points at the air pump, and keeps it constantly 20-25°f cooler than its uncooled operating temperature of 105-115°f. I have 3 air pumps, all with fans and brackets, they all stay around 81-85°f. I hope this helps some other…
