We really like it. We just installed the gazebo, it took us (two people) 3.5 hours, (yep, that long) but we really like it. It feels very stable though we didn’t use the included stakes because we have it on a brick surface. The material of the canopy and curtains seems strong and the whole structure of the thing promises that it will be stable. If there are very strong winds we plan to remove the canopy, we think the frame will be fine even in strong winds. We’ll see =)It really shouldn’t take that long to put together the gazebo, the problem is that it doesn’t come with instructions, all it has is one page with the list of parts and an exploded picture of the gazebo which indicated which screws and etc to use where. The parts are clearly labeled but after looking at the exploded drawing and identifying the parts we made two false starts before figuring out what to do. It is a nice gazebo though, but it is not portable, not by a long shot.The structure is basically made out of eight legs connected by frame pieces which all together define the oval shape of the gazebo and two sets of ribs such as umbrellas have (one at each end of the oval) which is where the canopy rests. The two sets of ribs are connected by a straight piece of each side.Unless you have a lot of people helping you, assemble the gazebo upside down. We did the two ends first and flip them right side up and then connected them with the straight pieces that create the elongation that defines the oval (what an awful sentence =). First we connected the frame pieces to the legs, then, once we had it right side up, we put together the rib systems and mounted them on the frame/legs structure and then we put the canopy on it. The canopy has eight grommets that allow you to secure it to the legs with included wooden finials, after you do that, it is very easy to finish securing the canopy to the frame. Be careful when tightening the screws because they are of fairly soft material and they can be stripped vey easily and won’t work anymore and then were will you be? =]We believe we have made a good purchase, but like I said, we just installed it. From what we have seen so far, we gladly would recommend this gazebo, it really is a good price for the product, but, remember, don’t think you are going to be taking it to the park and if you want to take it camping… don’t take it camping, just don’t.PS: It was delivered very quickly and the packaging was good. The parts were well protected but the packaging was not excessive.
