impressed Hi. I have been using this light for a month or so now at my security job. This light is crazy bright with a beam that can suck if your on the other end. This light is an upgrade that I got from the guard dog 240 series. Both are great but this is brighter. I most definitely reccomend.UPDATE 7-6-2012HEY so i fealt the need to give you all an update on this light. First off this light is still kicking strong. Ive noticed the beam is not as bright any more and it has only recently started happening. I blame this on the battery. These batteries that they send you wont last too long. Mine has though lasted me since november 2011 so 9 months of use 5 days a week. Thats a good reccord in my book. I love this thing. It has honestly saved my life numorous times. I amplanning to buy another just because i have beat this one up. It is a trooper. It comes with a lanyard thing and well as i was trying to act like a cute princess twirlling the light around that son of a bi**h broke off and landed right in 5 inches of water. Well no fear this thing is still kicking 9 months later and i think its best that lanyard broke. I would still recomend this with 5 stars!!!
The best on the market When I bought the tactical light, for the price I took a chance on it, figured what do I have to lose.When I recieved the light it came in a very nice box.The description of the lumens for each setting was very clears and stated where a few other brands of lights did not tell me what the lumens or brightness was, this I liked.I tested its endurance and to my surprise it worked great on the recoil of my BMG.I also took it out to the wood and fell into the river, we just had rain and the current was very strong. I was in the water for probably 20-30 minutes before I got out and then realized I had the flashlight on me still. I tried it and what do you know it was working like a charm, no problems.The power of the high beam is completely awesome, I can see anywhere I go without any worries.I do not leave feedbacks to often but this is truely an amazing tac light. I recommend this for any occasion or event, it will not fail you. and the price is half to a third of ones that don’t even do half what this light does.thank you very much for again believing in a good product that holds up to there description..
Great light when it works…….. I purchased this light on April 8, 2012 through Amazon. The light worked great for about 3 weeks and suddenly it just stopped working. Now, I kept it in it’s padded case that it is shipped in and took the battery out anytime I wasn’t using it. The charger is cheap, but seems to work well and the battery has a full charge. The light just stopped working. I’ve tried adjusting how tight you screw on the rear cap to install the battery and I’ve made sure it is getting a good ground to the flashlight housing. I have never dropped the light or gotten it wet. In fact, I have probably used the light for a total of about 30 minutes in the 3 weeks it was working. Obviously, some people have had better luck with their lights than I have. I will try contacting Guard Dog Security (the maker of the light) to see what can done to repair or replace it. At this point, I am not impressed with this light’s durability.
