Do not order from this company!!! Let me start by saying that the item itself was not bad. The only reason I returned it was because it ended up being to small for the space. Thant being said…ProMax Commerce is NOT a company I would ever deal with again. After mailing in the item for a refund, it took over a month as well as multiple emails with the company to get my money back. And on top of that, even with inconvenience I had to deal with, they STILL charged me a restocking fee. I wrote a bad review on Amazon telling my story. I then proceeded to receive several emails telling me they wanted to rectify the situation and refund me the restocking fee as well. This was, of course, ONLY if I removed my bad rating on them. After much thought, I decided to do this. The emails stated I would receive the additional refund as soon as the saw the comment was removed. Here it is, 4 months later, comment removed, and the additional money has never been refunded to me!! So I’m rewriting my bad review and adding the additional information. If you don’t want hassles, don’t do buisness with ProMax!! I don’t know how company’s with such terrible customer service stay in buisness!
Exactly As Described! Great Light! It matches exactly to my sidelites. Everything was included in the box, in good packaging for handling. Strong glass and a great brushed nickel finish.
Disappointed LIghts came damaged beyond use first shipment. Second shipment, only minor damage. Had a hard time installing. Hardware was not standard. Sloppy fit.
