Solar White Rope Lights with 50 lights. This lighting is ideal for lining buildings, windows, trees, gazebos, architectural details, stairs, deck railings, patios, boats and any other outdoor object you can think of. Using sunlight for power, tube lights help to reduce expensive electrical bills by harnessing the sun’s power. Solar LED Rope Lights can be placed practically anywhere without messy wires or the need of nearby outlets. The rope lights will stay illuminated for 2-3 hours depending on lighting conditions, and turn on/off automatically via the built in light sensor. Each rope lights has 50 LED lights that will make a definite night time statement, and are rated at over 100,000 hours of life. Includes Rope Light String, Rechargeable Ni-MH Batteries, Solar Cell/Electronics Box, Mounting Brackets and Instruction Manual. The lights are encased in a Frosted White Tube so the light is reflected off the tubing. Please note these are a White Light but a few people see a Light Blue-I only see a White Light.

Great for a deck railing when there is no power outlet Lights are great. With direct sunlight during the day, they will stay illuminated for about 7 hours. Do not give off much light even for LEDs but that is OK. Only comes with 6 clamps to suspend the lights so for about $4, I bought 50 1/4″ white coax cable clips which now suspends the lights every other bulb. Put it under the railing on the deck and the lights make a straight line and do not sag. Used 2 in series to cover the railing along the whole deck. Nice soft light. The first night, it rained and the next AM in direct sunlight the lens on one of the solar cells was slightly fogged at first but dried out. Casing on the rope is very soft and very easy to work with. No method for securing the thin wire from the solar panel and the rope light was provided. Definitely recommend it.
At last! A solar powered, waterproof rope light! Very nice and work perfectly for my application. I put them underwater in my garden fountain making sure the connection was not close to the water. They are not bright but give off a subtle glow from beneath the rocks. Very pleased. When they start losing their energy, I eventually take the rechargeable battery out and charge them back up with one of those Duracell/Energizer type battery chargers. After that they burn all night. I do that with all of my solar lights and they burn all night for for several weeks.Almost a year after I purchased them, they still work like new. I am back for more for a different water feature.
