Good For What They Are These are marker/accent lights, that’s about it. And they do a really good job of it also. As we are often out in our yard at night, we use them on our wooden rails to mark their location in the darkness. The shining lights are also pretty in the dark. A couple of cons though. First, we have 12 of them and they don’t all stay on for the same length of time. A couple, in particular, cut off rather early. I have thought to replace the batteries to see if that helps, which leads me to the second con. To do that, you have to detach them from what ever they are mounted on, which gets rather tedious. The switch is also located on the bottom, so if you forget to turn them on before mounting them, you have to unscrew them again to press the switch and heaven help you if you forget which position the switch was in when you mounted them as, ahem, might have happened to me. All in all, I recommend them with the understanding that they aren’t designed to provide wide illumination, they are just accent/marker lights
Good for our deck! These little guys do not give tons of light but they were not meant to do that. They are perfect for placing on the corner of any outside structure so people can see the edge at night when other lights are out. We like them!
