This is just a cheap kit with three fountain heads. The spray head is pretty uneven and not very attractive, but it does spray water in three tiers. The frothy one isn’t attractive but aerates well. The bell is probably the one the other reviewer had trouble with and it happened to me also until I discovered that the head is adjustable for pattern width and it comes turned all the way down which is all the way off. You just need to screw it up a ways for the water to come out. Just don’t expect too much from this kit. You won’t find it in the front of any Las Vegas casinos but you do get spray.
