Perfect Patio Place The Soho was just want we needed to make more of our large concrete patio livable. Great shade in the middle of the day and keeps the dew of the fabric cushions over night.Was easy to put together, everything you needed was in the box and all the parts where labeled. My husband and I had it together in a under two hours.Held up well to the winds of the last storm of the season, we screwed it to concrete blocks so that we can move it if need be
we love it! We have enjoyed the gazebo very much. We read other reviews about the color fading and the weather resistance, so while standing in line at Home Depot we saw some spray that helps keep the canopy from fading and also helps it be more weather resistant, so we bought it. It was only a couple dollars and it has worked great. We put our patio furniture under it and the shade has been amazing. We could live out there now. It is really windy where we live normally and it hasn’t moved it at all and we don’t have it screwed in or anything it is on cement. The size is perfect. I am so glad we went with 12 feet by 10 feet instead of 10 by 10. It would not have been big enough for our six person table.

The quality of the frame is very thin and the box I got had pieces with alot of scrapes and already retouched with paint. The Canvas was a bit thin as others described. The Delivery Company handled the box so poor that I had dented pieces.I have to say the Customer Service for the Warranty Company was amazing. They sent me pieces right away to replace those dented. However, they arrive with a different paint color finish than the rest of the original order shipped. I ended up returning the original order for a refund. I was very disappointed.I have since bought a pop up Gazebo for half the price until I find one as good as my3 yr old Mika Gazebo I bought from Walmart for half the price as well and the quality is way better. I don’t think it’s available any longer. This Warranty Company is amazing as well. I was able to buy replacement screws after 3 years. But, from what I understand it’s not usually so simple to purchase replacements parts from the Warranty Company.
