So so results I love that this vent opens automatically as I don’t want to be outside checking the temp of my greenhouse every 20 minutes. It opens very predictably at 70 and closes when it cools at night. However, one complaint I have is that there is no release pin to manually close the arm during inclement weather.We had a storm the other night with some decent winds. Works as described, a basic roof vent opener The unit arrived promptly and installed fairly easily with simple tools. Read the directions carefully. Chill it before trying to install. It comes with a variety of fasteners for variousmodels of greenhouse, including T-bolts for some models, and self tapping screws for the Palram snap and grow. They did not provide T-bolts that directly fit the Snap and Grow track, but it was easy to modify the track and insert and use the provided T-bolts without having to drill into the aluminum…
