Owly! Was looking for something to scare away the birds as they were pooping all over my deck.Bought a stationary hawk statue which helped but still some stragglers would still do their deed.Came upon this owl that moves its head around in the sun ever 2 minutes and seems to have scared away the rest of the birds.
