Looks Great, but… Just what I wanted as far as “looks”, but functionality is something else. It came well-packaged and un-damaged. It’s already assembled, except for the 1 pound propane canister. I connected the propane and lit it. So far, so good. Lights right up, but it won’t turn off! It goes from a higher flame to a lower flame in the “off” position. Great Little Unit The size was perfect for my already crowded condo balcony. I really enjoy the flame movement – it really beautiful. Was thrilled to see it came with glass rock rather than crummy lava rock. I’m in So Cal, so I don’t need a great deal of heat but was happy with the heat it gives off. One con is that there is no door to manage the propane exchange. It has to be turned over to do it and managed from the bottom of the unit. But I’m so happy with it otherwise that this became a minor…
