So far, the Ambient Weather WS-40 wireless thermometer is exceeding my expectations. I was a little soured on digital thermometer’s after my abysmal experience with a La Crosse color weather station. another great Ambient Weather product! I’ve had an Ambient Weather WS-1400 for ~11 months now. I also bought the console to go with it, basically making it a WS-1200. It’s been very reliable so I was happy to receive an email from Ambient Weather asking if I’d like to test out the WS-40. I’ve had it for a bit over a week so far and it’s been pretty much flawless. The temperatures it shows are usually within .5 to 1 degree of the much more expensive WS-1400 which I think is acceptable since the sensors for each are in different…
