Worth the frustration! The shed itself is 5 stars in every way. I gave it 4 stars because the directions were written by someone who wants to provoke the deepest feelings of frustration you never thought you had. Tips for success; have 2 battery power drivers, a flat square platform, measure CONSTANTLY, and don’t be afraid to use common sense when the directions tell you one thing and you see another. But, the best tip of all is to have an engineer close by that you can call on. I did! You sure will feel accomplished when you’re finished!
nice value The shed itself is a basic storage shed. It is a great deal for the price, the main drawback is, as you may hear other places, the construction and instructions. It is a tedious process, and the directions are a little vague, etc. But, I did do it almost entirely as a one-man job (i had someone help with the initial wall frame support and roof panel screws). It did, however, take about 6-7 hours as a one-man job, and I bet with 2 it could be done in 3-4.
Outstanding shed, great price This shed is great. It looks good, it’s easy to put together, and it’s sturdy. Just make sure you get the floor frame kit that goes with it, unless you already have a nice concrete floor or something to put it on. I put this shed together by myself, which was time consuming, but not too difficult. The instructions are a bit vague at times, but if you exercise some common sense you’ll be fine. All in all, a great product. I felt much better about getting a shed for only $500 (including the floor frame) than shelling out 2 grand at Home Depot for a pre-made.
