Nice pump, quiet and powerful! Pre-filter works for a small pond or water feature but doesn’t really stay on. Works well and quietly, powerful enough for a nice water feature a few feet high. I chose this one because I really needed the pre-filter since I have plants in my mini pond, which is set up in a plastic lined wine barrel. The previous filter had to be cleaned every couple days when it got clogged with leaves and mud. This lasts a couple weeks before needing to be cleaned, but unfortunately there is no actual way to secure the sponge pre-filter onto the intake tube. You have to choose between…
