Great Book I used this to build my 12 x 16 building. I didn’t use the plans exactly but more as a guide. This book helps a DIYer refresh some basic building skills they may have forgotten since they last built a project. Very well written and very good plans. I am going to use this book for several of the plans in it.
Shed building The book is OK, however I would have gladly traded more detailed picture sizes against less shed plan. Having to use a magnifier to look at some of the picture details was a pain.
Good Details for most of the projects The book spends a lot of effort explaining steps that are used for most of the projects. Unfortunately, you need to adapt some of them to make some the builds work and they don’t always make that quite clear. Though, if you review the drawings they provide, it can make sense. Do make sure you use the detailed design drawings though if you need step by step instructions, beware that some project, some steps are glazed over.
