The Fargesia robusta ‘Wolong’ is a great choice for a narrow, non running bamboo screen. The ‘Wolong’ has nice, dark green foliage and culms. Very sun and heat tolerant, it could use some afternoon shade in very hot areas. In Eugene, Oregon we grow ours in full sun. We can get over 100f for a few days in a row. This is a nice, rare bamboo that would be a nice addition to a plant collection.
