Product is virtually flawless I could not be more satisfied with this purchase. The design is excellent and the workmanship first rate. The tilt feature in particular works quite elegantly. The umbrella’s up and down crank works smoothly.
patio umbrella I received this umbrella today, earlier than scheduled. When I opened the umbrella alot of sticky yellow goo was on the upper pole so not sure how to get that off. No instructions included in the box so not sure about the warranty or even how to use the tilt. So far no damage in the materials noted, but not sure if the tilt will work. I like the size and the colors and the height of the umbrella.With more time to wiggle and twist things the mistery of the tilt has been solved. The tilt works great.I wish I could give it a 5, but down a point for the sticky yellow goo at the tilt joint and the mid and upper pole.I do recommend this umbrella.
