Great Pond for the Price This pond/waterfall was easy to install, and looks great. The morning after installation a frog moved in! I recommend it to anyone who would like an inexpensive small water feature.
Pond installation for first timer It is actually a really great pond but it took us a while to get the right depth in all of the various gradations. We love it in the backyard. Very soothing.
Satisfied! we purchased the pond kit last summer and installed it. Was pretty painless and we are pretty happy with the pond in general.We did have a problem with the pump almost a year later. We recieved EXCELLENT customer service from Northern Tool and its back up and running again.Overall, the pond is really good but the service from Northern Tool makes me realize that we made the correct decision with this pond kit.Thanks Northern Tool. Good CS is hard to find these days.
