DC America Aftermarket When we originally purchased the DC America Roman Post Gazebo the fabrics were of good quality and we have enjoyed being able to sit outside in comfort throughout the year. The sun does take a toll on the fabrics as to be expected but when we bought a replacement top directly from DC America the quality of the fabric had changed and not for the better. The fabric is of lesser quality and the rain comes right through the fabric and we could no longer sit under the canopy when it is raining. We had to buy some tarps to put under the canopy to stop it from raining inside the gazebo. We had in the past also purchased replacements for the Privacy and Wind Shade and the quality was still good, but now on this purchase the fabric is of lesser quality and you can see all the pin holes in the fabric just like when we purchased the replacement top. We used to be very satisfied with the DC America products in the past but now we are extremely disappointed. The Privacy and Wind shades are not as critical as the top but we know we will never buy DC America’s products again. We have since bought a new top through another company that is supplying aftermarket Gazebo tops out of Arizona that is not supplied by DC America. We are installing the new top today and are hoping that it is not full of pinholes where the rain can come through. We have 2 of the Roman Post Gazebos and if DC America can no longer supply quality replacements then we will be tearing them down, never to be buying from DC America again. You can tell them the quality of their products have gone to hell and that cheap fabric does not make for happy customers. We are willing to spend a little extra to get good quality so that we can sit under the Gazebo and not have it rain on us through the fabric. Again, the first time we bought replacement tops directly through DC America the quality was still good but the next time we did we were very very upset as we had to spend extra for the tarps and we won’t to that again.C. great product This is just what we needed. We have gazebo around our hut tub, and I was looking for a wind/privacy screen for a very long time because our gazebo came only with a mosquito net. So I was looking everywhere until I saw this shade on Amazon. The price was great, and it works perfectly in winter time ( which is now). It protects from the wind, and keeps steam inside the gazebo, so you don’t freeze after getting out from the hot tub. And, of course, you get some privacy from neighbors 🙂
