PBKay® Thermometer Operating Instructions:

Temperature Measurement:

1. Insert the probe steel part into the meat (be careful that the plastic case won’t touch hot surface).

2. Press the ON/OFF button to turn on.

3. Select from the Celsius or Fahrenheit options.

4. Wait for temperature acquirement and press the hold button.

5. Remove the probe from meat.

6. Press the ON/OFF button to turn off and conserve battery life.

7. Rinse Probe carefully in hot water.
