1. This product adopts a super flexible PCB board as base and chip RGB LED as its luminous body. Viewing angle is 120°. There are two specs for selection: 15 pcs LED (12VDC) and 24 pcs LED (24VDC). These LEDs are evenly arranged on the PCB board. Its color is soft and well mixed. The ribbon could be connected with each other via male and female connector. It is exquisite in appearance with 3M tape on its back. Two different operating voltage for selection: 12VDC or 24VDC. *** 2. The LEDs of this product are from famous international company. The luminous body is of very high intensity, large viewing angle,good quality and stability. *** 3. Three LEDs or six LEDs make one group and each group can be cut according to the length requirement. Very convenient for application. *** 4. Consumption Watt:3.6W/0.5m (12VDC) or 5.76W/0.5m (24VDC) *** 5. LED spacing: 33mm or 20mm *** 6. Be careful…Amazon is rotating vendors You may or may not get new product. I ordered and Amazon used two different vendors for my LEDs. In both cases the static packages were not sealed as new and the LEDs were defective which made me wonder if I bought someone else’s return. Neither would display red and instead gave off a white with a very light tint of pink, one did a blue and the other did not as shown in the picture, it was once again white with an ever slight tint of blue. Orange did not display on one and was washed out on the other. Yellow was not near what the picture shows and you guessed it, it was mostly white. Green worked on one strand and was a washed out white/green on the other. I am still looking for two good 5M color runs to complete my project. To make a long story short, BEWARE of the fact that different companies are filling the orders and all are not sending sealed, new product. You need to check your product BEFORE installing it because you may get a surprise. Good Luck!
Customer Service Exceeptional…Lights Rock. The lights rock. Incredibly bright. Gorgeous. I am uncertain of precise remote controller operation, nonetheless, these things generate an overwhelming glorious light effect I am using on my boat, and will also be installing in a dry area in outdoor entertaining area.Had some problems with getting them to work initially. Customer service was fantastic. Proved to be operator error. Will shop here again, and recommend it to others.
