Poor Quality Control This is a well designed product that is easy to assemble. The smaller wood pieces, however, that form the lattice work on the sides were of poor quality and were not carefully nailed. It looks like someone nailed these pieces on in a hurry and the factory quality control (if they even have that that) missed it before it got boxed. The finish on the product also was poorly and sparsely applied – I had to paint the whole thing.
