NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Light fixture works beautifully and is easy to install…..HOWEVER!……Do NOT plan on getting more than 7 years or so service out of this fixture! The clear lens around the bulb yellows horribly to almost a brown color after being outdoors for a time and the lens around the motion sensor either freezes or deteriorates in the weather! Now have 4 of these lights after being dissatisfied with the standard motion detector lights which have variable ability to detect motion. These lights are installed in varied sites, some at regular door light height, others higher. All are way more sensitive, 50’+ and 180deg most common.
