Nice Product But Arrived Scratched Originally, I saw this arbor at a local store. Trust me, the online price, which included shipping, was much cheaper.While the product is nice, it arrived with a fairly large tear in the box, and the item had a number of scratches on it. However, based on where the scratches were, it was clear they were not caused by the shipping damage. That concerned me. I was afraid that if I asked for an exchange, it would be the same way. Therefore, we ended up negotiating a lower price with Amazon, kept the old one, and repainted it ourselves. That worked out okay, I’m just concerned that the finish won’t last as long now. And, of course, it was a lot of extra work.
