This gate works in union with the Panacea Garden Fence Posts, and Panacea Classic Finial Fence. The posts then stake into the ground to support the fencing. The small metal hinge on one of the gate sections swings down, connecting to the other section for a latch. 28 Inches high, this gate completes the perfect border to any yard or garden.

How does it work? Comes with no directions. Needs other parts (posts)to function that are not clearly dilineated. The posts do not really fit well at the sides of the gates. There are not true hinges. The posts merely slide through 2 eyes in the gate so they sit on the ground with no way to hold the gate up other than to lift it off the ground to open by sliding the gate up the post. It is useful in my garden to keep my dog from going to the neighbors side yard but she is an easy, cooperative girl and otherwise this would not have worked for me at all. I would have bought another with side fencing for my front but I can’t see how it fits together other than ea part being self standing.
