Great cleaning/scraping tools I use these tools to clean my rifle here in Afghanistan. They are perfect for cleaning out built up carbon and dirt/dust in the hard to reach places of a weapon. I also find myself using them for other odd cleaning jobs too.I originally bought these because I loaned my first set to somebody else and they apparently used them to pry something loose, bending all the tips. So now I use this set for my personal use and loan out the bent ones. This set in particular does not have the finest tips I have ever seen. They are still sturdy for hard scraping though and can still stab you pretty well if you drop them one yourself. The title of this product calls them dental tools, but the description calls them wax sculpture tools. Either way, I would never stick these in my mouth. I even cringe when dentists do that. One last issue with this tool set is the vinyl package. I don’t know why they keep using cheap vinyl for double sided picks, as when you put the picks away they punch a hole right in the bottom and stab you or catch on other things. I reinforce the package with ducktape to keep the picks from jabbing through. These are still extremely hand tools, especially for gun cleaning. I would give them 5 stars if the tips were finer, but as is they are still great.
Nothing Dental about these tools! You could grind your screwdriver to a finer point than these. They appear to be re-ground from the original points they once had, or they were never Dental tools to begin with.Very disappointed!
