The Description is Misleading The description for this product states that it has glass lens. This is the main reason why I bought this thermometer in addition to its look (which is nice and no birds/butterflies/deers are present). My previous one – the Springfield brand as well – had plastic lens that got cloudy and yellow over time. When I received this thermometer, I was surprised to see that it has plastic lens too! In the middle of the face there was a little scratch, only plastic can have this kind of scratches…
