Disappointed with software. ZERO customer service. This might be OK for designing indoor spaces, but the landscaping function was poor. OK selection of plants, but they look awful when inserted. I also have had a lot of software problems, including numerous times when it closed in the middle of a project. As far as customer service goes — there is none! Seriously, I don’t think it exists. Shameful.
Disappointed GOOD: The blueprint import feature makes it easier to define the floor plan with accurate dimensions. Once you get the floor plan defined, the software generates the 3-D image which you can rotate and navigate (inside and outside). Measuring tool is handy.BAD: Too many to list. Program crashes often. The photo importing feature (to produce realistic looking 3-D images) does not seem to work. Lots of bugs: objects (e.g. cabinets, doors) sometimes reposition themselves and disappear, etc. Some objects cannot be deleted once added to the plan. Navigation (zooming in/out) is a hassle. Many built-in objects do not look realistic. Some cannot be adjusted (e.g. the gazebo cannot be resized proportionally). Selecting colors and textures is difficult. Many common options (e.g. granite counter tops) are not supported. Plant collection is limited (plants look artificial). Consider yourself lucky if you get a response from support.BOTTOM LINE: This is the only home/landscape design software I tried, but there must be better programs out there. I would look for something else.
You get what you pay for The product is not user friendly and the features are limited. I bought the cheapest item in the list and got what I paid for. If you only want to spend a few dollars, this item is fine but if you want a better quality product, you’ll have to spend more.
