It’s ok Purchased this through Costco for 799.00 (also came with cover). It’s very light weight but seems to be durable enough. One caution, the posts are not a full 4 inches, they utilize the decorative slats so mounting them is a bit … interesting. We started out pulling up sections of our paver patio for mounting then realized the way the pergola mounts, using screws two at center then two at the end of each slat. (Mounting hardware not included) we decided to mount it using 36″ rebar down through the pavers and into the ground. Only two at each corner are mounted on footers. There were 16 bars total. We are working on finishing it up and ill repost again once. For the Costco price it’s worth it. Fit and finish are not perfect but if you have a few of your own tools you can make it work just fine.
We love our pergola! My husband put it together by himself, however it would be much easier with two people. It’s everything we had hoped, the directions were fairly easy to read and went step by step. Just remember to build the pergola where you want it to stand because it takes four people or more to move it. Since the pergola goes over our hot tube we purchased the cover for the pergola as well.
