This is the worst company on the planet! Problems from the get go. First, advertising was either deceiving at worst or in error at best. Second, sent wrong item TWICE. Billed 3 times for wrong item! Took two credit card billing cycles to get it all straightened out. Customer service was polite but far from helpful in resolving the problem. Took hours on the phone and multiple calls to get everything straightened out. Wound up buying same item at the height of holiday madness from another company when I had originally ordered…
