Attractive and Accurate This thermometer is good-looking and accurate. I compared it with a thermometer of known accuracy. Nice big themometer that has limited placement options If you don’t like the angle of the support arm – tough. Sure, you can bend it a bit – or reverse it, but you are limited in placement. There are no instructions regarding calibrating the thermometer should it need it – and mine did. I figured out how to take it apart with a paper clip (there is a little hole at the bottom of the back that allows inserting the paperclip to push out the retaining ring and three holes on the back to insert the paperclip into to push out the dial).
