It puts off very good light. The glass is just hazy enough to … I bought three of these and really like how nice they look when they were installed. I’m a woman, and I was able to install them myself. The installation was pretty easy. I did get rid of the fiberglass batting that is attached to the top that touches the ceiling. We’re using this outside, so we didn’t need it anyway. Trying to get the screws through the holes of the top that attaches the frame to the roof is very difficult.
