The LEDs in this 27-foot strand use only 2 Watts per bulb, for a total of 24 watts per set. We make our bulbs out of durable plastic shells. They will not shatter like ordinary glass bulbs, and can be displayed with complete confidence that they won’t break. The bulbs measure 2 inches in diameter. A generous 20 inches of space in between bulbs gives you room to decorate on a garden roof, across a gazebo, or in an open-air bistro. The total length of the strand is approximately 27 feet across, 18 feet for the spread of the bulbs, and 8 feet for the cord extending to the solar panel.

Good value for the money I have two of these lights installed around the periphery of a pool house and they give a pleasant night time effect. I should install another set (or 2) to completely surround the periphery, but the other part is shaded by a tree so might not be worth the effort. The first string had 1w bulbs and the second as 1.5w bulbs and there is a slight difference if you look hard enough. I have bought a total of 5 strings and am debating between installing the other 3 or giving as Christmas presents…
2 sets together and still barely any light I’m disappointed because I read tons of reviews trying to find the best SOLAR light that wasn’t too bright or to dim. This light had very positive feedback with remarks about a good amount of light but not so bright it was “task” type lighting. Not 27 ft of bulbs… It said 27 ft long but there was 24 -30 inches of lead and tail, there was 12 bulbs approximately 20 inches apart. My purpose was to use it on a pergola and I needed about 52 feet so figured 2 would work perfect… short.Other than that, they are well built work as advertised, look nice.
