Wife Can Mow at Night Now! This light and bracket are designed to hang above and look down on the area you wish to be lit. However, I wanted to hang one from each corner of my covered deck to face out horizontally under the protection of the soffit and facia. Very effective security light. Not intrusive with a low profile. Highly recommended! These are high power motion sensing LED security lights. They provide very bright, “daylight,” light. I live on a golf course with a long driveway. Until I installed these lights my house sat in a “black hole.” I had problems with deer invading my yard from the golf course side and/or sometimes a stranger walking up our long driveway late at night.
