Gr8 customer care and service, wife wants me to order another one next month. This is a real nice white enamel shelving unit. My wife loves it. She has it on our patio with her newly planted plants. She wants me to get another next month as she plants some more.When the package arrived the box was damaged by the shipper and 4 bolts were missing as a result. I contacted the sell, Worth Garden USA and their excellent customer service jumped on it to fix the situation of my missing bolts. Patrick was Great.You know, you can buy almost the same…
Product is OK, but … I believe the product we received was a second or a return. The carton had been taped/re-taped multiple times. The rack was not packed in a protective plastic sheath. There was no documentation – manual, warranty card, instructions – nothing. There were several dents, and in at least one place the coating had been scraped off. And one of the feet was missing. It looks like there are some screws/bolts that should be tightened, but no information indicating whether this is necessary…
