ive had this pump for a week now and no issues at all its a strong pump and built very well, they gave me 2 adapters thank god…. because the first 1 snapped off inside the pump but i got it out easily …. the plastic adapters are kind of delicate so don’t gorrila tighten then like i did…. but for the price i couldn’t find a better pump…. must buy for small ponds … mine in 150gal
We have bought two of these pond pumps and they both work fine. With each pump we bought the accompanying filter. The first one seems to work just great but the second filter has a denser plastic mesh material and it plugs up to quickly. To much filter material and not enough room for the material being filtered out.
We bought this baby for our koi pond. The pump works as soon as you plug it in. Be sure to get out of the way because we splashed ourselves testing to see if it worked. :] We tied window screen on front of all the little openings on the pump to keep the smaller fishies safe, but it clogs up everyday so we’re thinking about getting the tetra filter to match.
