Better than any pump found at “big box” stores. PLEASE READ! This 396 gph pump gets an outstanding 5 stars. First of all, the EcoPlus line is KNOWN for quality. The 1/2″ female fitting built in to the pump gives you a lot of more options for your application. No messing with reducers and hose barbs straight from the pump.Included are several 1/2″ to hose barb sizes. Another big plus this pump has over others is that there is a (removable) internal filter – included. A lot of the pumps you see at “big box” stores require a separate AND external filter. Not this one. It’s perfect. Moves a good amount of water and works perfect for what I’m using it for.I highly recommend to purchase.
Solid value I got this pump for a garden pond. It does the job pushing water through the filtering system just fine. Excellent price.
