Hard to get going, and will not stay lit – Blue Rhino will not cover under warranty I’ve purchased countless items from Amazon, and have never reviewed. However, I think I should in this case. We bought this Outdoor Propane Gas Fire pit in July of 2015. We have many, many issues keeping it lit. When lighting, we do keep the control knob pressed in for at least 5 seconds: usually more like 20-30. Extremely difficult to get this thing going. Gorgeous fire pit It was a pain in the butt, and time consuming to put together. Especially since the directions just tell you to put the legs & the sides on, but you don’t find out till you do, that the legs have to go in SPECIFIC places for the door to go on.Putting the confusing directions aside, I absolutely LOVE this fire pit!
