I would probably not want to use them for birds — but more for decoration. I’m told that the holes are really too large for the birds to use and they are not heavy duty. One thing missing is a way to hang them. No hardware included such as an eye screw (not sure that’s what it is called). They require a little fine sanding before applying acrylic paints. Decopage works amazingly well…
