Beautiful to look at and fully functional. I wanted a heating unit that would look good, not just a plastic box that threw off heat. This stove is perfect. The heater was packed very well and arrived undamaged. The legs are heavy plastic and easy to attach. Each takes three screws which are included. I attached them with an old-fashioned screwdriver in about a minute each. The door is glass, the handle looks very authentic. I particularly like that the sides of the stove are transparent. Such a pretty little stove, and works great! I guess I should start by saying I ordered my stove directly from Electric Fireplaces Direct Outlet (which is also Amazon’s supplier). The only reason I did so was I thought, since it wasn’t Prime eligible, I might get it faster going direct. So disappointed This is the third infrared electric heater/fireplace I’ve purchased. All different brands. This is the only one that is made of plastic and it shows. It looks like it was left outside and discolored. Only the top and back are metal but the sides, legs and door are all plastic. The legs are difficult to screw on. I stripped some of the screws trying to get them fully into the holes. I contacted the vendor to return the item and was provided a return authorization. It included instructions…
