Beautiful, Sturdy, Leaks I have four of these. The good news is that they are beautiful, give off good light, and shine all night long. Like 8 hours! They are sturdy and when mounted in concrete they hold up. Perfect solution for brick columns. However, eventuallly the powder coating gives way to the sun. Not a big thing, just add a coat of paint for another year or two worth of glossy beauty. The big issue is that there is a flaw that allows water entry. Not sure how, or where, but I am sure. I would not recommend this product I purchased two of these and initially, both lights worked well for several days and I burned the packing boxes. However, with the first rain, one light leaked and stopped working. Once the circuits dried out, it worked again, but stopped with the next rain. I have disassembled it and will try to seal it with clear silicone. If I am unable to patch the leak, I will have spent double for one light what I intended to. I could not be more pleased with them Received these lights late on 8/6, and installed on 8/7. Installation could not have been any easier on our existing 3″ poles which had previously housed old gas lights that had not worked in years. Installation was a snap. Everything came assembled and ready to go. As we had cloudy conditions for the first half of the day, I wasn’t expecting much on the first night figuring that not enough sunlight was available for charging. Gleefully, I was wrong!
