Good lights, bad bulbs, good customer service? This is a quality set of lights overall: Packaged well, nice heavy cord, etc. The lights are a bit of a pain to install, in the sense that you must unscrew each bulb, hang the lights and then screw in each bulb. It’s time consuming, but it serves the purpose of preventing bulbs from breaking as you are hanging the lights.
