There are much better books on the topic… This book has a few pieces of useful knowledge, so I won’t go so far as to give it one star. Very informative book – easy to read and understand for the layperson I am looking to buy land, build a house and retire in a rural area – somewhere in the Northwest like Montana. Kindle version issues Like the book, lots of great information, however I got the kindle version and a LOT of words are missing at the ends of paragraphs so it left me guessing at what he meant at times. I’m sure it’s just a glitch from making the book digital, but it’s pretty significant. I would highly recommend going with the print version instead.
