Good product. Best used with a thermostat for seedlings. This seedling heat mat works perfectly for me. It comes with an insulation mat that should be placed underneath the heating mat as a buffer to help prevent heat loss downward. Also has a 6′ cord and the dimensions are 10″x20 3/4″. Couple things I feel I should point out. According to the item description here on Amazon, it says it’s waterproof but in the manual that comes with the mat it says water resistant.
