Sturdy pump for pond aeration I’m using this pump to aerate my pond. The pump is metal and feels sturdy and substantial. This is not the cheapest pump you can get but my research indicated it’s one of the longer lasting pumps. You can certainly hear it running when you’re within 30 feet or so but it’s not obnoxious. Excellent Septic Pump Replacement for the HOOT
Does the job but loud I purchased this pump to replace the Model D80 pump (5 years old) attached to my Delta DF60 ATU (600 GPD). The D80 is actually a Delta badged Thomas model LH-80HNOL. I confirmed this when I took it apart. The failed pumped could not be rebuilt as the diaphragm and the magnetic shuttle failed/broke. I could purchase the diaphragms but not the magnetic shuttle (just my luck) . The pump performance curves are different, however all of the septic websites as well as Delta recommended the HiBlow…
