Lithonia Lighting / Acuitybrands customer service is the worst. Ordered two of these for my garage and the install was simple and the lights are a nice bright white. Quality is ok, for this price, but my low rating is based on the terrible customer service at Lithonia Lighting /Acuity Brands. On one of the lights the crossbar hole was stripped and would not securely hold the threaded pipe, which holds the fixture against the ceiling.
