Nice style This is a nice style deck or dock light. I’ve had several for a few years and they quit working so I am now replacing them. Quality of construction ok, I haven’t had any rust problems with the outer case, but wiring connector does corrode and it is very dificult to repair. These things might cost a dollar to manufacture (including bulb), so there is a huge markup, but I didn’t find any good alternatives.
Just what I wanted This is the same as any “Big Box” home store item. The value of buying these online is price, price, price.
Deck Lights I received these lights when promised. The lights themselves are very cheaply made which explains the cheap price. The only real problem was that they have cheapened these up so much that I had to slice the existing cable to make the connection punch through. The connectors are terrible so make sure they work before you bury them or cover them under your wood deck like I did.
