Lucky Charms are PART of a balanced breakfast too… The ClearRay bulb itself is exactly what I ordered and it sold for a price that was about $10 less than the spa supply store. Packaging was secure and replacement was easy with the included latex glove. My only problem is the “trust us, it works” leap of faith the ClearRay technology requires of us users. poor performance. Bought the lamp in September Correct lamp, poor performance. Bought the lamp in September, per Jacuzzi instructions I waited to change the lamp when the tub was drained; this was in October. Used the provided glove and installed methodically per instructions. All seemed fine until late November when we realized a low level of chlorine was not adequate as it was in the past. Since the water balance was spot on, I suspected the lamp.
