Don’t believe what you see! I ordered this exact string of lights in amber and have them in my courtyard, they are fine (except, see below). I wanted more lights and you can add up to 5 strings of these lights, so I placed another order – they were back ordered, but finally came. I added them to my original set and turned them on and one of the new bulbs EXPLODED with a loud pop very near the face of the person installing them. Then the new string had half the sockets out after that BUT it also damaged my first string and I can’t get a replacement because it’s been more than 30 days. Upon further inspection – the wire that they used to string the lights is NOT like the picture or like the other set – it’s thinner and flat, like a lamp cord. I can’t find anyway to reach the manufacturer to tell them what happened or to get a replacment for my first string that was damaged. Disappointing because they are exactly what I wanted.
I second the review about great cord…so so bulbs As another reviewer posted, I also lost a couple of bulbs right out of the gate when I plugged this cord in for the first time. I’d strongly suggest purchasing extra bulbs to have on hand. Also, the cord I received is flat, not round as pictured. The cord still seems heavy duty though.
